I am so tired of reading articles about how the real post partum body look like or is expected to look like. Why is it okey for only some women to post pictures and be proud of their body and others not? When are we going to realize that there is no wrong or right on this topic? There is no truth about it. We should accept that no one is alike. Each body is unique and there is just one of you. Stop comparing yourself to others and stop pointing fingers at other women just because they don't look a certain way or the way society expect or want them to look like. This is me and this is how I look 4 days after giving birth to my second child. I am proud of myself and I have every right to be. So do you! Let me just point out that I have never been extreme about exercise or diet during my pregnancy - I eat my candy and chocolate, but I have a balance. I also gained enough and I have no rush starting to exercise for a while. Post pregnant body's only have one thing in common - they have carried a miracle ??????
